The beginning. It started with a grandmother and a set of small red sponge balls. Mike DiDomenico grew up the youngest of three children in Chicago, and that first magic trick from his grandmother set off a lifelong obsession. He learned from the pros at Magic Inc. — Chicago’s oldest magic shop — and was earning money from magic before he finished junior high.
33+ years.
Thousands of shows.
One standard.
Mike DiDomenico was born and raised in Chicago. He learned magic at Magic Inc. — Chicago’s oldest magic shop — and earned his first dollar from magic in junior high school. More than three decades later, he’s opened for Steve Harvey and Craig Robinson, performed for the Chicago Bears three years running, appeared on Fox television and WGN Radio, and assisted on Criss Angel’s Mindfreak tour. The standard has never changed.

First dove performances
National recognition. Over three decades of professional performance, Mike has competed at the national level, winning at Columbus MagiFest and taking first place at the Search for Chicago’s Greatest Magician at the Ramada Hotel in Rosemont. He was a finalist on Fox’s 30 Seconds to Fame, interviewed on WGN Radio’s Steve Cochran Show, and assisted on Criss Angel’s Mindfreak tour when it came through Chicago — Criss even borrowed Mike’s snake for the show.
The discipline behind the magic. Outside of magic, Mike holds a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo and trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under a three-time world champion. He taught dance at Arthur Murray and martial arts at Champion Youth Outreach. That discipline and physical awareness shows in every performance — fluid movements, precise timing, graceful stage presence.

He is available for corporate events, private celebrations, and luxury gatherings throughout Chicago, the suburbs, and nationwide.
“World-class sleight of hand, worthy of a Las Vegas stage — delivered with the discipline of a black belt.”
